Gooch Street ThornburyAlterations + Additions to a Californian Bungalow –

Looking forward to professionally photographing this alteration + addition in Thornbury in the northern suburbs of Melbourne completed during the Pandemic Lockdown.

The clients wanted to renovate their much loved home and capitalise on the north facing block.

Three types of exterior cladding wrap around its form, in places extruding, in other places inverting.

We added a living room, created a dining/kitchen space with laundry + walk-in pantry. In addition two bathrooms, and study area located in the original house were added during the 9 month renovation.

Ellesmere Parade Rosanna – Interior Renovation + Alterations

We have started on a renovation to a quality built 1950’s home in Rosanna. Built over three generations, the property was bought by our clients for its condition, its existing pool and the closeness to schools.

A interior update to the rear of the ground floor and a revamp of the first floor to include two bedrooms ad a family bathroom with roof storage.

Finally we will reclad the first floor and add insulation and double glazed windows. Bringing this classic well-built home into this century. Currently in Costing Stage.

Wilson Road Blairgowrie – Interior Renovation

We have recently completed an interior renovation to an existing 1980’s holiday home in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula.

The brief required a quality selection of low maintenance materials that combine warmth and durability.

Crown Road Ivanhoe – Original Architects – Guilford Bell + Neil Clerehan (1964)

During the Great Pandemic of 2020, we started on the interior renovations to this exceptional existing dual occupancy built in 1964.

Our clients have asked for the fabric of the house to remain as is but with a selection of subtle interventions that allow the house to be connected (upper + lower houses) and to work for a family in the 2020’s. (in association with Jane Cameron Architects P/L)

Just recently completed, we look forward to sharing images of the completed project shortly.
